Community groups are an excellent way for you to grow deeper in your relationship with God and to be known, cared for, and encouraged in a spiritual family. A Community Group Leader is on the front lines of shepherding and caring for 8-12 members through facilitating weekly small group discussions and experiencing life together.

Come volunteer with us! This event happens several times a year as we invite CBC to get connected to a community group. We need help with greeters, registrations, set up and tear down!

A leadership position designed for those who want to convey Christ's love through sports, physical activity or recreation.

Help with various positions during baptism weekends including behind the scenes or onstage.

Cashier - Volunteers in this role are asked to provide friendly customer service at the point of sale. A regular commitment, once or twice a month, is encouraged. Minimal training is involved, and starting out as a Greeter is the only requirement.

Greeter - Volunteers in this role are asked to help cultivate an environment that delights each person that comes through the doors. Minimal knowledge of the store is required and can be taught on your first day.

Helper - Volunteers in this role are asked to ensure the standards and needs are met both on the floor and in the stock room. Tasks include processing inventory, folding apparel, and maintaining overall organization and cleanliness.

Celebrate Recovery is for any hurt, habit, or hang-up. If you have experienced healing from a hurt, habit, or hang-ups such as drugs, alcohol, food issues, porn, codependency, anger, abuse, or pride; and want to help others find similar freedom, please consider joining Celebrate Recovery as a Recovery group facilitator. This is approximately a 3-hour commitment per week to help facilitate a group to encourage and support those seeking freedom from their struggles. An opportunity to meet weekly with adults experiencing life struggles and offer biblical guidance in a confidential and safe environment. Ongoing biblical training and supervision are provided. The Foundational Growth Series consists of support groups that use sound biblical principles and a warm, caring, trusting atmosphere where healing can occur, and lives can be changed. The series focuses on life-application of Biblical truths that result in relational and spiritual healing and growth. A volunteer opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy the privilege of ushering others into the presence of the Lord by any the following: 1. Pray at the altar with those who have accepted Christ, have personal concerns, or need the Lord's direction. 2. Join our intercessory team to pray for the needs of our church family. 3. Meet with other intercessors during church services to pray for every aspect (worship, spiritual warfare, our pastor, salvation decisions, etc.) 4. Join the prayer calling team placing phone calls to those who are desiring more information and to pray with a prayer minister. You may choose to call during the day or evening. This opportunity is for church members.

The Landing is a ministry geared towards Junior High and high school students. The Landing provides a safe place for our students to process life and the struggles that accompany it, offers tools to help them live emotionally and spiritually healthy lives, and points them toward the freedom found in Jesus Christ. A typical night in the Landing will consist of a student's connection with the leaders, God, Biblical truths, recovery principles, and fellowship with each other. Through the Landing, our students can find a safe place to find help, hope, and healing through engaging the recovery principles and growing in relationship with Jesus Christ. Ultimately, this ministry can help students learn how to break cycles of dysfunction and provide tools for them to live free and healthy lives. This volunteer opportunity is approximately 1-4 hours commitment per week to help facilitate a group to encourage and support those seeking freedom from their struggles. There are 2 opportunities to volunteer in The Landing. One is for CBC members who have completed the Care and Support leadership process and would like to become group leaders. The other is for those who have not completed this leadership process but are interested in volunteering. Emmitt Park is waiting for you! We are looking for park volunteers who can provide excellent customer service to visitors and give information on the park facilities, resources, park rules and attractions. This volunteer opportunity will be divided into approximately 3 hour shifts Friday through Sunday. As a volunteer you will be the host for events that are scheduled during your shift.

Group Link is a ministry that helps connect Adults for the purpose of forming new community groups. We have 3 teams where you can serve: Host/Hospitality Team, Administrative/Check-In Team, and a Community Group Leader.

Kids Church is a ministry for Kinder through 3rd Graders. We have interactive teaching by our Kids Team and fun worship with our Kids Church worship team. Then we break out into our small groups to play games, crafts and get to know one another and build new friendships. We require volunteers to be at least 13 years of age and 8th grade or above. To be a volunteer photographer for CBC, you need to be at least 16 years old, have your own DSLR camera and a passion for photography.

Come join our team and help 4th and 5th graders know God's love, love God's word, and live in His joy. Weekend services include worship along with a large group session and small group discussion. Wednesday evening service includes small group teaching, discussion, and community.
